Yesterday, I decided I had enough of not reaching my goals in all areas of my life. So, I buckled down and signed-up for the gym. I don't like working out in the evening or anything like that. I feel I come up with too many excuses.
With that its back to the 5AM grind. Grind and shine! Put it in the blender and grind it down!!! Alright enough with the grinding. But, seriously I feel 5AM is the perfect time for me. It sets my day up. I know I am going to be up early so that means, I get more accomplished. For some they can't do that. I just say do it when you can.
Today, I just did some biceps and shoulders and abs. Worked out for about 50 minutes or so. Tomorrow I am going to be focusing on getting an hour in and having a set game plan. Today was just get up, get there, and get it in!
Short quick to the point blog post this morning. Just good to be back in the gym. Progress is about constantly showing up and doing what others aren't willing to do. Good luck!
