9/21/2015 Chest and Triceps.

This morning took me to long to wake up. I kept deciding to hit the snooze button. Then I remember reading a quote from my new book I am reading. I am worth going that extra mile for. 

So, with that I get up at about 5:30. Hit the gym by 5:40 and start working out. It's fairly quiet at my gym that early in the morning so I put on some screamo and just bang away with the weights. 

Chest and Triceps. I push myself doing my normal chest routine and triceps. I feel the muscle burn. It's a good burn. But, I am proud of myself known the less for getting up and getting my workout in. I will do the same tomorrow but I will try to be up by 5 and in the gym by 5:10.
