Body Beast: Build Legs, Day 2.

As my legs fight to move my body forward, I look at pictures of when I completed 2 months of P90X and one month of Insanity and realized I can look like that again.

The hardest thing to do is stay constant when you don't feel you should be getting the results you want. But, some days even weeks may be harder or easier than others. Some times it's like the planets aligned and you can crush everything other times it feels like some buried you and your crawling from out of the grave.

But, either way you have to move forward. Need to move forward. I am not the most motivational person. I struggle finding the drive daily to do the things I need to. But, my goal is to be the best at everything I do.

Like I said in the beginning I have done this before and got great results. I can and will again. My legs are sore but my mind and focus is on the positive.
