Leg day and reflections.

As I sit on my bed, sweating. I stare at my computer screen thinking of my next workout for tomorrow morning. It's a late work out due to not going to bed at a reasonable time. My mind starts thinking of when I used to be in shape.

I think of all the people and their regrets and hopes and dreams. As I stare at my screen I remember a time where I wasn't constantly working out and getting into the best shape of my life. I ran a 5 minute mile at one point. I wonder what drives other people to do the things they want or don't want to get the things they do.

My body aches. My legs are tender. Squats, leg presses, lounges, cafe presses. I stretched to relieve the build up of lactic acid in the blood stream which causes aching. I grab a Gatorade and a cliff bar to replenish the carbs in the muscle which they say you have a time frame of an hour after working out to maximize muscle growth.

So, I sit and relax and I think. How long is it going to take? What steps should I take? Do, I go back to doing a p90x workout or try my own blend?
