So, as the title suggests. I have been having difficulty with getting up on time to do my workouts. It's hard trying to do this by myself. I feel the daily struggle. It doesn't help that I tend to go to bed around 10:30 to 11:00 PM.
Monday and Tuesday are my worst days I think because I am at work 8:15 am to 9:00 PM so when I am done I am like ugh workout I just worked out!
But, I will get back on track. I will figure this out. It would probably help if I got a good amount of sleep and had that driving factor to workout. I want to be healthy. But, my body complains a lot! Haha... Ugh alright thanks everyone.
