Gosh, 5 AM is a time when no one should be alive.
This morning 5 AM came around too quickly. I went to bed late last night. 11:30 to be exact. I sold a car late and got home at approx 10:30 and couldn't get to bed that fast. Text message ugh 7 minutes... Phone call.. 4 minutes later ugh!!!!
" I am around the corner"
" Ok" Grunt hang up try to get up.
Alarm goes off. Text message, here...
Why, does waking up before 7 AM so difficulty? Seriously, why is waking up after sleeping so difficulty?!?!?! If you can answer this question please let me know! For me I am not a morning person. I mean seriously. You would have better luck torturing me willing if I could sleep in for 30 more minutes!
Get dressed, get out the door. BANANA!!! Water.
Drive to the gym. Get ready. I am in a piss poor mood! I have no idea why. Just super cranky! ( Sorry, it happens sometimes.) Get into the gym... The have Pandora on and I can change the music... Someone deleted Taking Back Sunday channel... hmmm Third Eye Blind it is!
Yay, decent music! Time to sweat... Ugh
Drop in the DVD, Shaun T getting pumped up "LETS GO YALL!!!".... I hate you... Why do you have so much damn energy!!!
Jog, Heissman, rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat! 10 minutes pass, break, stretch, now to pure hell 20 straight minutes of pure cardio no breaks unless you die.. I die alot! I keep going and struggling. Lets go work harder, faster, stronger! 20 minutes later sweat is pouring down my head! Stretch again....
I am supposed to do Abs afterwards but we don't have enough time. So that will be tonight after work 9PM.
