July 15th, 2015 Rest Day (Shoulders and Chest)

Another 5 AM slugfest. Today was a rest day so I was thinking of doing ABS and cardio recovery.

Had some technical difficulties with the laptop so I decided to do shoulders and chest instead! It was amazing! Pushed enough to feel the burn. For some reason weight lifting for me is easier than cardio.. I realized that as I was pushing easily through some basic weight lifting exercises.

Today, I had my workout partner focus on form. Her shoulder has caused her an issue. Form, form , form...
Most people don't understand that form in every aspect of working out is the most important thing you can do for yourself! Without proper form you can cause serious injury to yourself.

Also with proper form your workouts improve dramatically. Today was form focus day. Shoulders, chest and biceps! Most of the time I focus on two major muscle groups when working out, but today I was feeling frisky!

Today, I didn't feel like death was knocking on my doorstep as I was working out. But I did push myself to succeed with this.

Short blog post today. I have to accomplish other things as it is my day off! Join me in a 5 AM workout!
