Pilates this morning yesterday leg day.

This morning I decided to change up my workout a little and do some pilates. God, talk about a game changer. I didn't realize it was going to be that tough! Let me tell you, if you want some abs and stronger back that is one way to get there.

Yesterday I did leg day Beast style! It was amazing. I think I could have pushed myself further. I could still walk normal and I had my ball room dance lesson afterwards. That was cool. Today is going to be a short post. I feel like I should spend some quality time writing down what I want to write before just post! Maybe tomorrow.
